Ozone followed up the original Pocket Battleground (with a design reminiscent of the Neo Geo Pocket) with a sequel device, inspired by the Neo Geo Pocket Color. It was also produced in small batches for the Chinese market and was not sold in the west.

- While the Ozone "Pocket Battlefield 2" device bears the PowKiddy name at the bottom of the screen, the relationship between the two is unclear. Ozone was a small team that may have worked with PowKiddy, or had PowKiddy aide in the manufacturing of this small-batch, boutique device.
- The Battlefield 2 appears to use the internals of PowKiddy's RGB10, reshelled with a premium aluminum front shell and metal buttons.
